The servers are located in France (Union européenne). The publisher does not transfer any data outside the European Union.
The name ZapClash, the logo, the mascot Jean-Mi, the texts, the questions, the visuals, the sounds and the site’s code are the exclusive property of DAHULAB or of their respective authors. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited (articles L.122-4 and L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
You may, however, freely share links to the site, screenshots of your games and talk about ZapClash as much as you want. That, we like.
DAHULAB strives to keep the service available and accurate, with no warranty. Question content is provided for play: an “official” game answer can be debatable, and that’s often where the fight starts. The site may be interrupted for maintenance or change without notice.
Nicknames, avatars and photos shown in a room are provided by the players themselves. Unlawful content can be reported to contact@zapclash.com; it will be taken down promptly.
